On arrival, I got a room upgrade free of charge, which was very nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the centre, Hauptbahnhof, U-tower, and other lovely areas in the city. The breakfast was ok but didn't have a big variety of food. I expected much better since it is offered as fabulous. The breakfast is scheduled from 6 am to 10 am, and if you go later, ex. 9.30 it is not adequately refilled. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the complementary items in the mini-bar (mineral weather, soda drink, chocolate bar), very thoughtful and practical.

I like when some hotels pay attention to small details, especially when you walk into the room for the first time. There were a few greeting surprises all around the room and I really liked it. The backlit images above the bed were awesome and I really enjoyed the colour combinations in the room. The isolation was great, didn't hear the traffic outside the window at all. Really had a good time adn the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the station, main pedestrian zone and the restaurant/food zone.

- the location of the Hotel is very good; close to the city center, so u don#t need a car to go there - the staff is very friendly and helpful - the rooms are big enough and nice equipped with all u need - there is a new fitness room and sauna ( i didn't test it, but on the pictures looks good) - if u can not find a parking space in front of the hotel, there is a big parking 3 min to go - the breakfast holds a lot of different food and is very good

From the beginning, very friendly service. Our room had a handwritten note by the owner. We brought our dog and in our room we had a bad, blanket, bowls and some treats. Never experienced something like that before. Room was comfortable enough, if a little small. Had amenities like soap, lotion and shampoo. Paid parking in a parking area in front of hotel for about 2 eur hour was OK. Just a couple minutes to the city center.

The location was great. The hotel is in the middle of the main train station and the city centre. Room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable…I didn’t like the pillows but I guess I could have asked for firmer pillows. There was surprisingly a turntable in the room that we booked. That was a nice touch. The complimentary drinks and refreshments were amazing. Amazing staff as well. We would definitely be back.
